Lucania Crescent: our first custom home
The first home Batish Family Homes completed, finished in 2024. Warm timber-look finishes throughout, with a stone island at the centre of the kitchen.
About this home
Outside, white rendered pillars frame tall black-framed windows, with a dark timber-look feature over the entry and a matching garage door.
The kitchen pairs timber-look cabinetry with a stone-topped island bench and a slatted timber feature set into the ceiling above it. Timber-look floors run through the living areas, with built-in shelving around the TV wall.
In the bathroom, a timber-look vanity carries two black vessel basins against white marble-look tiles.
Furniture in the living room and front lounge photos was added digitally for marketing. The rooms, finishes and fittings are as we built them.
